Ray has a '73 F100 with a 410ci FE but it was starting to overheat one afternoon. By the time he got home that day it was pretty much toast and wouldn't even turn over. "I found you guys just by searching Google," explained Michael from Stellar Rod & Custom. "Any time I have to get into anything unfamiliar (like buy a crate motor FE) I do tons and tons of research. I was really impressed with your website and how you listed all of the different options with prices and specs. That was very helpful...since I needed to give my customer an idea of the cost before we moved forward."

"I understand that it is a great deal of work to do things the way that you guys have done with your business and your website...but the fact that you did take the time and effort to do that showed me that you weren't just some hole in the wall machine shop trying to compete outside of their comfort zone. FE ready for their '73 F100 build

We built him a 470hp rated turn-key 427ci FE controlled by Holley Multi Port EFI...exactly how he wanted it. Love the valve covers he chose...this is gonna look bitchin under the hood! We used Edelbrock heads and a Shelby front cover on this setup with a Canton Racing truck oil pan to drop right in. When Michael and his team up at Stellar Rod & Custom receive this engine package and get it installed in the truck...we will help dial him in by remotely tuning the engine using the Holley EFI software. Our job doesn't end when the engine leaves the shop.
