"Everyone we have been in contact with in Prestige is doing it right. Looking forward to the finished product and continuing a relationship with Prestige Motorsports." -Terry A.
Terry was looking for something a little bit different and wanted to use his own Tunnel Ram intake and dual carb setup on a solid foundation. We went with a Dart 302 block, bored 4.125" and stroked 3.400" for 363 cubes. Rotating assembly consists of a 4340 forged steel crankshaft, 4340 forged steel H-beam rods and 2618 forged aluminum 10cc dish custom pistons from DSS Racing.
"I originally talked to Jason about 2 years ago about a 427 for a Mustang project I was working on," explained Terry. "That car got sold before completion. I had done a lot of research into reviews of several engine builders. I also made calls with questions about their products and warranty’s. I like to listen to their answers as well as their demeanor. You can tell a lot about their confidence in their products by listening to their voice. I then called Jason again about a 347 for the Falcon. After 2 or 3 calls with him changing scenarios on that engine, I decided Prestige was the right choice for me."
"Jason always took the time to answer and explain all of the questions asked. He never got short with me or tried to put me off. The day I decided to order the 363 I called and had the pleasure of dealing with Doug. My wife and I have been to your facility multiple times and are always treated kindly and professional. Everyone we have been in contact with in Prestige is doing it right."
"Looking forward to the finished product and continuing a relationship with Prestige Motorsports."
When other engine builders say no, Prestige says YES. We love these custom setups and do not mind using customer supplied parts for builds as long as everything is up to par. This is a great example of that. Should look incredible popping out of the hood of Terry's Falcon.
